    Bayer HealthCare College Intern Program

    The Bayer HealthCare College Intern program is a professional development program designed to provide undergraduate and graduate students with career-related and real world work experiences. Interns are recruited and selected based on their career focus, educational standing, academic curriculum, and leadership potential.

    Students will be considered from any four or five-year accredited U.S. college or university. In addition, applicants must meet the following requirements:

    • Must be a full-time student
    • Must be at least 18 years of age at the start of internship
    • Must be a sophomore or higher and be returning to school the next term
    • Must have completed a minimum of 45 units or credits
    • Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher

    We are currently seeking students for the following departments: Research & Development, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Public Policy and Communications, Education and Training, Project Management, and Regulatory Affairs.

    Hemophilia Leadership Development Program

    The Hemophilia Leadership Development Program* offers an eight to 10-week summer internship program focused on Bayer involvement in the hemophilia community. Applicants are college students (sophomore through senior year) touched by hemophilia A, who demonstrate a commitment and interest in being future leaders within the hemophilia community. Interns gain firsthand knowledge of the complexities and challenges associated with manufacturing and promoting a recombinant factor VIII (rFVIII) product to the hemophilia community.
